ISOTACHOPHORETIC CONTROL OF CoA BIOSYNTHESIS BY STREPTOMYCES LAVENDOFUSEUS
Summary
Electrolyte systems for isotachophoretic analysis of anions and simultaneous determination of ATP, AMP and CoA in culture liquid are studied using oxalate as a standard. The method of isotachophoretic determination of CoA, ATP and AMP is shown through the example of synthesis of CoA from precursors by the Slreptomyces lavendofuseus culture.
