Summary

    Mechanisms regulating expression of genes in the rplKAJL-rpoBC cluster of E. coli at transcdptionial and translations levels are discussed. As well as the functional role of mRNA structure, structure of regulatory ribosome proteins, translation coupling in poly-cistronic mRINA encoding these proteins, transcription control in the «df»-region and autogenous regulation of the RNA-poliymerase P- and p'-subunits synthesis as well as design peculiarities oi recombinant DN'A related to expression of these genes.
