Towards Some Regularities in Organization of Spatial Structure of Proteins

Summary

    Paper present major difficulties during the prediction of protein structures on the base of sequences homology and the previous analysis of protein informative sites. It is determined that some set of residues is informatively important for homo- as for heterogenic repeated amino acids blocks. Several principles and regularities for the spatial protein structures organization are discussed.
