The study of O2,2'-cyciopyrimidinnucleosidc recydization reaction in the presence of Imloid hydrats which arc formed due to the appropriate haloid phosphor compounds hydrolysis in a humid dioxan is presented. The effective methods of 2'-haloid-2'-deoxynucleoside synthesis are developed.
