Cytoskeleton and translation elongation factors

Data about possible participation of the eukaryotic elongation factors in the organization and regulation of microtubular and micro-filament networks of cellular cytoskeleton are reviewed. Potential role of the factors to co-ordinate protein synt/wsis and poly¬merization/depolymerization of cytoskeleton under different cellular conditions is suggested.
