After the complex treatment of normal and tumor cell of human with, the alkylating agent (MNNG) and the fractions extracted from medical herb S. nigra cellular viability was changed depending on the experimental conditions. In all cases under tenfold dilution of the source extract and each of the individual fractions and mutagen's concentrations 4—6 mxM significant decreasing of the viability of studied cells has been observed. Protection or antitoxic effect has been revealed under hundredfold and bigger diluting both the source solution and a number of the individual fractions. At these conditions cellular viability was increased up to the control level and different respond of normal and tumor cells on complex treatment was registrated.
