The present investigations hold the light for the study of development regularity of sporeformers, it was use the methods of periodical cultivate, take culture optical thick, microcultivation of bacteria, microphotography. In result was determine the phenomenon of bacteria units, describe the new extension phases of periodical culture, take experimental proof of cell spore forms of great vitality in more time.
