Interaction of recipient genome and transgenes in eukaryotes. Integrative transgenes

The review is focused on the investigations concerning a problem of eukaryotic transgenesis. The forms of transgenes existence, me¬chanisms of their integration and modification are discussed. The data obtained on the genome — genome interactions during trans¬genesis are generalised.
