Amplification of randomly polymorphic DNA of American tobaccos from Petunioides subgenus

S. I. Komarnytsky, I. K. Komarnytsky

Amplification of randomly polymorphic DNA is used to study the relations within the species of the genus Nicotiana. The results obtained confirmed this approach to be reliable and useful for phylogenetic analysis within the genus. The identification of relaŽtionships of every species requires an additional analysis of the data obtained by other molecular and biological assays to postulate its exact origin.
