Investigation of biological activity of antitroponin antibodies at dilated cardiomyopathy

The autoantibodies directed against several cardiomyocites proteins have been detected at human organospecific autoimmune disease — dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). In the present work we investigated biological activity of monospecific antitroponin antibodies at DCM. The activating influence of these autoantibodies from DCM patients sera on the actomyosin ATPase activity has been found in vitro.
