The neurodegenerative Drosophila melanogaster mutants: obtaining, phenotypic properties, lifespan

The neurodegenerative D. melanogaster mutants on X and 3rd chromosomes induced by ethylmethanesulphonate have been obtained. All mutants have been divided Into different phenotype groups. The investigation of their lifespan has shown that they have no plato on the survival curves, which refers to the period of active viability.
