Abstract

Досліджували зв’язування глюкокортикоїдного рецептора з фрагментами ДНК гена триптофаноксигенази (ТО) щура за допомогою методів затримки комплексів білок?ДНК на нітроцелюлозних фільтрах і осадження моноклональними антитілами до глюкокортикоїдного рецептора. Показано, що ділянка гена ТО, яка лежить між 4-м і 7-м екзонами, містить високоспецифічні сайти зв’язування рецепторів глюкокортикоїдів.
