Abstract

В работе определены зависимости констант ассоциации деацилированной тРНКPhe с Р-сайтом рибосом от концентрации ионов Mg2+ и температуры; измерена константа ассоциации тРНКPhe с А-сайтом; показано, что с изменением концентрации Mg2+ и температуры взаимодействие тPHKPhe с Е-сайтом остается кодоннезависимым. На основе полученных и ранее нами опубликованных данных построены ряды относительного сродства аминоацил-тРНК, пептидил-тРНК и деацилированной тРНК к Р-, А- и Е-сайтам 70S рибосомы, а также предлагается термодинамически обоснованная модель транслокации с использованием Е-сайта как выходного.
