Abstract

19 peptides are isolated from tryptic hydrolysate of the polyhedrin of the M. brassicae nuclear polyhedrosis virus and their amino acid sequence comprising 90 amino acid residues is determined. Three fragments (3–34, 65–105, 159–173) accounting for 35 % of the whole polyhedrin polypeptide chain are reconstructed.
