Использование лектинотеста для изучения состояния эритроцитарных мембран детей, проживающих на территориях, подлежащих радиоэкологическому мониторингу

Abstract

Применение лектинотеста при обследовании детей Киевской области, подвергшихся воздействию факторов аварии на ЧАЭС, выявило достоверные отклонения активности реакции с лектинами, указывающие на направленные и различные изменения профиля рецепторов эритроцитарной мембраны, возникшие в «йодном» и в более отдаленном периодах. Установлена связь показателей лектинотеста с плотностью загрязнения населенного пункта цезием-137. Для детей – переселен­цев из зоны отчуждения и детей, употребляющих молоко с более высоким содержанием радиоце­зия, отмечено характерное снижение активности ряда рецепторов, что может указывать на переход от адаптивных состояний к дезадаптации.
