Abstract

Presence of the way for fixation of the hereditary changes in populations has been substantiated. It can be realized due to gene-modifiers selection. Accordingly, the role of the above genes on the one hand may involve the de novo arising mutations rendering harmless, while on the other hand – their assimilation.
Keywords: positive selection, gene-modifiers, mink, blastocyst, homeostasis.
