Abstract

Изучение дефицитних по сульфохиновозилдиацилглицеролу (СХДГ) мутантов показало, что образование предшественника сульфоновой кислоты UDP-сульфохиновозы у высших растений катализирует растительный белок SQD1. Второй необходимый растительный фермент, SQD2, имеет большое сходство с гликозилтрансферазами. Считают, что этот белок и является сульфолипидсинтетазой. Установлено также, что для устойчивой активности ФС ІІ необходимо присутствие СХДГ, который принимает участие в репарации ФС ІІ через светозависимый механизм. В условиях фосфорного голодания снижение содержания анионного фосфатидилглицерола сопровождается увеличением количества сульфохиновозилдиацилглицерола, за счет чего поддерживается относительно устойчивый уровень содержания кислых липидов в мембранах хлоропластов.
