Посилення активності генетичного апарату зародків костистих риб після мікроін'єкції нмРНК

Abstract

У зародках костистих риб, що розвиваються, штучно за допомогою мікроін’єкції збільшували вміст низькомолекулярних PHK (нмРНК). Введені в зародок в’юна мічені радіоізотопами нмРНК накопичуються в ядрах клітин зародка, що розвивається. Паралельно інтенсифікується переміщення з ядра негістонових білків (НГБ). Ін’єкція нмРНК призводить до зростання інтенсивності включення радіоактивних попередників у ДНК (на стадії пізньої бластули), в PHK (на стадіях пізньої бластули і гаструли) і в білок (на стадіях пізньої бластули, гаструли і раннього органогенезу). Таким ефектом різною мірою володіють нмРНК костистих риб, комах, амфібій і ссавців. Досліди, проведені на зародках форелі, підтвердили ці результати. Отримані дані свідчать про важливу роль нмРНК у регуляції активності геному зародка в ранньому ембріональному розвитку костистих риб.
