Виявлення послідовностей, гомологічних мобільному елементу кукурудзи, у ядерному і хлоропластному геномах бавовника

Abstract

У ядерному геномі трьох різних видів і кількох промислових сортів бавовнику методом блот-гібридизації за Саузерном виявлено послідовності, що проявляють гомологію до мобільного елемента кукурудзи Ds-6233. Аналогічні послідовності виявлено в хлоропластному геномі бавовнику Gossipium hirsutum. Передбачається можлива участь цих послідовностей в обміні генетичним матеріалом між ядерним і цитоплазматичним геномами.
