Abstract

Запропоновано швидкии, простий та не потребуючий дорогого обладнання метод одержання фенілаланіл-тРНК синтетази iз печінки кроля. Він складаеться з трьох стаій i включає осаджування поліетиленгліколем постмітохондріального супернатанта з на­ступивши хроматографіями на ДЕАЕ-целюлозі i фосфоцелюлозі
