Abstract

Зроблено огляд сучасного стану проблеми мутагенезу за допомогою полінуклеотидів природного і штучного походження. Охарактеризовано особливості і закономірності їх мутагенної дії. Отримані результати дають нові відомості щодо природи нестабільності генів і закономірностях їх транспозицій. Проблема мутагенної дії полінуклеотидів обговорюються в світлі гіпотези інсерційного мутагенезу
