Стійкість до канаміцину рослин тютюну при дії препаратів ДНК на насіння

Abstract

Вивчено вплив екзогенної ДНК (еДНК) плазміди pCAMVNEO, використаної як окремо, так і в суміші з еДНК пасльону чорного (Solanum nigrum) солестійкого та рТі8628, на стійкість до канаміцину рослин тютюну сорту Крупнолистий 20 у першому тадругому поколіннях (Т1 та Т2) при прямій дії на насіння. Виявлено стійкість до канаміцину в переважної більшості рослин Т1. Резистентні у Т1 рослини стали чутливими до антибіотика в Т2. Серед більшості варіантів досліду не було знайдено взаємозв'язку між статусом стійкості до канаміцину та вмістом основних групп фотосинтетичних пігментів. Дискутуються можливі механізми стійкості тютюну в Т1 до канаміцину.
