Abstract

Визначено оптимальні умови культури тканин in vitro та ряд біотехнологічних прийомів для індукції утворення пагонів із експлантів інбредних ліній цукрового буряка. Цитогенетичний аналіз рослин-регенерантів, отриманих із калусних культур, виявив у них відміни за плоїдністю та рівнем хромосомних аберацій.
