Нові пакувальні клітини на основі адаптованого варіанта вірусу саркоми Рауса

Abstract

Створено нові пакувальні клітини F18/pJD, які містять вірус-помічник на основі трансформаційно-дефектного мутан­та адаптованого до качок варіанту празького штама вірусу саркоми Рауса (td daPr-RSV-C), що продукують реплікативнодефектний ретровірусний вектор з титром 106 КУО/мл. Дилетування цис-активних послідовностей V пакувальної області та. обернених повторів (Е), фланкуючих src, адаптова­ного варіанту ретровірусу при створенні конструкції вірусу-помічника дозволим) отримати пул векторного вірусу без послідовностей вірусу-помічника.
