Abstract

Рестриктний аналіз ядерних ДНК та блот-гібридизоцію було використано для порівняння повторів рибосомної ДНК серед 18 видів родини пасльонових. Побудовано рестриктні карти рибосомних повторів та вивчено гомологію декількох ділянок міжгенного спейсера (МГС) Nicotiana tabacum до послідовностей МГС цих видів. Встановлено, що у пасльонових різні ділянки МГС рДНК еволюціонували з різною швидкістю, тоді як кодуючі ділянки рДНК залишалися високонсервативними. Найконсервативнішою частиною МГС є ділянка ініціації транскрипції та послідовності, розташовані в межах 1 тис. п. н. зліва від 18S
