Abstract

Вивчено 19 поліметинових ціанінових барвників із різними гетероциклами як можливих флюорес­центних зондів для гомогенної детекції нуклеїнових кислот у розчині. Досліджено спектрально-люмінесцентні властивості вільних барвників, у присутності білка, а також їхніх комплексів з ДНК і РНК. Було запропоновано модель «в'язкого оточення» для пояснення зростання інтен­сивності флюоресценції ціанінових барвників у їхніх комплексах з нуклеїновими кислотами.
