Abstract

Проведено квантово меха ніч не вивчення основного стану піри­мідинових основ, їхніх гідратів і таутомерних форм, за допомогою багатоконфігураційної теорії самоу згодженого поля з оптимізацією геометрії в рамках гамільтоніану AMI. Виявле­но, що на відміну від цитозину обидві конформації іміноформи його фотогідрату (anti і syn) стабільніші, ніж иміноформа. Моделювання гідратації цих систем методом Монте-Карло показало, що у випадку цитозину вода більше стабілізує його аміноформу, у той час як у випадку гідрату цитозину більше стабілізується іміноформи. Гідрат цитозину мис структуру, подібну урацилу, тому він може створити пару основ з аденіном, внаслідок чого при помилці реплікації виникає трапзиція G-C → A-T(U) ибо С→ Т(U). Отримані дині свідчить проте, що таутомерія може бути одним з механізмів мутаген­ної дії УФ-світла.
