Abstract

Вивчено спектрально-люмінесцентні властивості нових гомоди- та гомотримерних ціанінових барвників у вільному стані та в присутності нуклеїнових кислот (НК). Досліджені ціаніни продемонстрували підвищення інтенсивності випромінювання приблизно в 1200 разів у комплек­сах з ДНК та в 800 разів у комплексах з РНК, що робить їх перспективними для використання як флюоресцентних зондів при детекції НК. Висунуто припущення щодо характеру і природи агрегатів вільних барвників та їхніх комплексів з НК. На основі отриманих даних запропоновано можливі структури агрегатних комплексів барвників у вільному стані та в присутності НК.
