Abstract

Дискримінацію трансляції окремих мРНК виявлено за умов in vitro і in vivo, при фізіологічному стані клітин і у разі впливу на них екстремальних факторів. Обговорюється роль білків рибосом, іонного складу середовища, окремих факторів ініціації і набору тРНК у забезпеченні більш ефективної трансляції одних мРНК у порівнянні з іншими.
