Abstract

Фосфотриефiрним методом у розчинi синтезовано 2’-5’-триаденiлат та його 3’-епоксианалог. Встановлено, що цi препарати стимулюють мiграцiю стовбурових клiтин кiсткового мозку мишей-донорiв та їхнє включення у селезiнку мишей-реципiєнтiв при сингеннiй трансплантацiї in vivo. 2’-5’-Oлiгоаденiлати та їхнi похiднi залежно вiд препарату i його концентрацiї впливають на апоптоз i пролiферацiю клiтин кiсткового мозку мишей in vitro.
