Конформаційна рухливість фактора елонгації трансляції eEF1A1 людини

Abstract

Методом моделювання за гомологією побудовано модель ізоформи eEF1A1 фактора елонгації трансляції людини. Конформаційну рухливість eEF1A1 вивчено методом багаторазового моделювання молекулярної динаміки. З використанням коваріаційного аналізу виділено найістотніші узгоджені рухи атомів. Визначено, що взаємні рухи першого и другого доменів можуть призводити до закриття щілини між доменами та до утворення нової «замкненої» конформації. Описано амінокислотні залишки з найбільшою рухливістю Ca-атомів.
