Abstract

Проаналізовано дані літератури стосовно вивчення нової векторної системи для клітин хребетних, заснованої на вірусах комах – бакуловірусах. Розглядаються шляхи та механізми проникнення рекомбінантних бакуловирусів у клітини, фактори, що впливають на ефективність трансдукції, принципи модифікації вірусного дисплея, реакція різних типів клітин на вбудовування вірусу. Обговорюються перспективи використання рекомбінантних бакуловірусів у клітинній інженерії.
