Індивідуальне культивування преселектованих рослинних протопластів і продуктів їхнього злиття у мікрокраплях

Abstract

Показано успішний розвиток одиничних протопластів і клітин, а також продуктів злиття одиничних преселектованих протопластів різних видів рослин за допомогою розробленого авторами методу індивідуального культивування у мікрокраплях. Ефективність висіву складала від 2 (конюшина) до 75 % (тютюн), ефективність електрозлиття одиничних протопластів сягала 95 %. Описано застосовану технологію електрозлиття, запропоновано нову процедуру додання культурального середовища клітинам, що знаходяться в мікрокраплях, яка доволяє значно підвищити ефективність методу.
