Abstract

Рестриктні фрагменти мітохондріальної (мт) ДН К використані для встановлення філогенетичних зв'язків між 38 видами роду Nicotiana. В результаті показано, що вид N. paniculata є донором цитоплазми N. rustica. Дослідження організації мтДН К видів N. rustica та N. paniculata; N. acuminata та N. attenuata; N. palmeri та N. trigonophylla продемонструвало, що їх мтДН К стабільні. На основі аналізу мтДН К види секції Suaveolens можуть бути розділені на дві групи.
