Abstract

В огляді зібрано дані, що демонструють можливості м'якоіонізаційної мас-спектрометрії (MI-MC) в молекулярно-біологічних дослідженнях у двох напрямках: термодинамічному та структурно-аналітичному. Описано методику температурно-залежної мас-спектрометрії поля, за допомогою якої вперше поставлено експерименти по вимірянню термодинамічних характеристик ряду біологічних асоціатів: уотсон-криківських, «неправильних» та інших пар основ, купкові дімери основ, комплекси «амінокислота–основа», гідрати основ та їх пар. Зроблено аналіз цих даних в поєднанні з теорією. Показано перспективи MI-MC у вивченні продуктів гідролізу (розпаду) лікувальних препаратів у фізіологічному розчині та аддуктів їх взаємодії з ДНК.
