Abstract

За останні десятиріччя на Україні (та в деяких інших регіонах) склалася особлива ситуація, з якою людство скільки-небудь масштабно до цих пір не стикалося. Ця ситуація характеризується переходом від епізодичного короткочасного перебування значних груп людей в екстремальних ситуаціях до постійного буття в екстремальних умовах. Екстремальне життя викликано відповідними екологічними та побутовими умовами. Але вирішальні події, які зумовлюють біологічні особливості перебігу та наслідків екстремального щсиття, реалізуються у вигляді відповідних молекулярних по дій в організмі. Останні пов'язані із системами захисту від зовнішніх та внутрішніх уражаючих факторів і системами відновлення уражень, яких з тих чи інших причин не можна було запобігти. Аналіз молекулярних подій в організмі при екстремальному житті показує, що в цьому випадку мають місце прискорені процеси старіння. Вони характеризуються також здатністю до саморозгону. З позицій екстремального життя та прискореного старіння населення в такому житті знаходить своє пояснення існуюча феноменологія. Аналіз дозволяє також зробити прогноз, згідно якого слід чекати все зростаючої хворобливості населення та погіршення демографічної ситуації.
