Abstract

Виявлено антигенну детермінанту, що розпізнається антитілами, в районі 4094–1102 філаментозного гемаглютиніну В. pertussis. В дослідженнях використовували нативний ФГА, синтетичний нонапептид TVGRGDPHQ, його кон'югати з альбумінами із сироватки крові бика та людини. Перший кон'югат був одержаний за допомогою глютаральдегідного методу, другий – з використанням N-сукциніміділrL (3-пірідилдитіопропіонату)– SPDP. Епітопспецифічні антитіла вивчали за допомогою імуноафінної хроматографії та імуноферментного аналізу. Локалізація антигенної детермінанти в даному локусі ФГА вказує на можливість використання відповідного пептиду як складової частини синтетичної вакцини проти кашлюку.
