Abstract

Получены рекомбинантные плазмиды RP4 :: Mu cts62. Плазмида переносится с частотой 10-3-10-4 от E. coli в таксономически далекую бактерию Azotobacter chroococcum. Получен штам Azotobacter , в котором Mu cts62 ДНК фага была получена около 105 бляшкообразующих единиц на мл-1. Штамм Azotobacter chroococcum 31/8 (RP4 :: Mu cts62) используется в качестве донора хромосомных генов в межродовых взаимодействиях E. coli и AB1157 . RP4 :: Mu cts62 плазмид-опосредованной передачи thr и his маркеров не найдено.
