Abstract

Узагальнено дані, що стосуються високоефективної системи експресії на основі рекомбіантних бакуловірусів у культурі клітин або в організмі комах. Проаналізовано особливості молекулярно-генетичної організації бакуловірусів, яі! дозволяють використовувати їx як суперпродуцентів білків piзнoгo походження. Розглянуто підходи, за допомогою яких можна досягти максимального виходу біологічно активного про­дукта в дашй системі експресії. Обгрунтовано переваги рекомбіантних бакуловіруciв як експресійних векторів та високоефективних біоінсектецидів.
