Abstract

В огляді наведено відомості щодо особливостей структури тромбіна, які впливають на високу селективність та ефективність його дії у системі згортання кровію Розглядається значення додаткового екзосайту впізнавання – зв'язування ферменту у взаємодії з фібриногеном. Обговорюється можливість виникнення конформаційних змін внаслідок утворення комплексу фібриноген – тромбін, що спричинює прискорення каталітичного процесу.
