Abstract

Розглянуто варіанти отримання забарвленого зонда з використанням металокомплексу, який містить еталонаміно-формальдегідні ланцюжки, що утворюють координаційні зв'язки з іонами срібла. Модифікацію здійснювали на повністю денатурованій ДНК, частково розплетених за допомогою формальдегіду молекулах, а також дуплексах зонд – матриця за рахунок розгалуження уже сформованої структури олігомерних ланцюжків. Застосовуючи останній варіант забарвлення, при ступені денатурації = 10 % досягнута чутливість детектування іммобілізованої на нітроцелюлозних мембранах ДНК склала десятки пікограмів.
