Abstract

На підставі аналізу літературних та власних даних запропоновано математичну модель прояву індукованого мутагенезу, яка враховує клітинну гетерогенність по періоду генерації в системі онкогенний аденовірус – соматична клітина ссавців. Досліджено вплив деяких параметрів, використаних для побудови математичної моделі, на динаміку мутагенезу. Результати теоретичних розрахунків порівнюються з експериментальними даними.
