Abstract

Проведено комп'ютерне моделювання, сольватації гуаніну (G), цитозину (С), пари основ G-C, протонованого С (СН+ ) , оцтової кислоти у нейтральній (АсОН) та депротонованій формах (АсО ) , комплексів G – АсО , С – АсОН, СН – АсО у ДМСО методом Монте-Карло. Показано, шр утворення пари основ G-С у ДМСО енергетично вигідне. Утворення комплексу G – АсО порівнянне за енергетичною вигідністю з утворенням пари основ G-C. У цьому випадку аніон ацетату може заміщати С у парі основ G-C. Утворення комплексу С – АсОН значно менш вигідно, ніж утворення пари G-C. Однак перенос протона з АсОН на С веде до утворення, комплексу СН+ – АсО , який, значно вигідніший, ніж усі вивчені комплек­си. Тут оцтова кислота, може заміщати G у парі основ G-C. Утворення специфічних комплексів G – АсО та СН+ – АсО , знайдених у ДМСО за допомогою експерименту і теорії, є конкуруючим, процесом щодо утворення пар основ G-C і може слугувати першим, кроком у реальному механізмові білково- нуклеїнового вп ізнавання.
