Abstract

Наведено огляд відомостей щодо характеристики регуляторних послідовностей генів інтерферонів І типу (α- β-ІФН), а також ІФН-індукованих генів. Описано структурні характеристики доменів, які здійснюють позитивну і негативну регуляцію експресії даних, генів, а також функціональні особливості таких послідовностей у складі гетерологічних промоторів. З огляду на останні дані підкреслено значення конформації регуляторних послідовностей самих по собі і в складі транскрипційних комплексів для ефективності регуляції експресії даних генів.
