Abstract

Компоненти апарату трансляції – аміноацил-тРНК синтетази (АРСази) – виконують добре відому функцію: активують амінокислоти та аміноацилюють тРНК Це так звана канонічна функція тРНК і АРСаз. Однак крім канонічної функції тРНК і АРСази беруть участь у ряді процесів, не пов'язаних з класичними уявленнями про функції цих сполук. Саме цим неканонічним властивостям тРНК і АРСаз присвячено даний огляд.
