Abstract

Огляд містить сучасні дані стосовно продукції пептидних антибіотиків у тваринах різних філогенетичних груп. Коротко розглянуто найповніше вивчені класи пептидних антибіотиків, умови їхньої продукції і механізми бактерицидної дії. Висвітлюється роль пептидних антибіотиків як важливих антимікробних та регуляторних факторів локальної імунної відповіді організму.
