Структурно-функціональні особливості нейроспецифічних адгезивних білків родини імуноглобулінів

Abstract

Адгезивні молекули родини імуноглобулінів (родини Ig) явля­ють собою численну групу білків, які забезпечують клітинну взаємодію у період морфо- та синаптогенезу нервової ткани­ни. До цього часу накопичено значний досвід у вивченні струк­тури і функцій нейроспецифічних адгезивних молекул. В огляді наведено основні принципи, використані для класифікації білків згаданої родини, обговорено застосування молекулярно гене­тичного підходу для дослідження адгезивних білків, показано спільність доменної організації у білків адгезії родини Ig, виділених з нервової тканини тваринних організмів, які глибо­ко різняться еволюційно. Розглядається, яким чином струк­турні особливості адгезивних білків родини, що вивчається, можуть сприяти виконанню їхніх специфічних функцій у нер­вовій тканині.
