Abstract

Вивчено кінетику швидкої фази каталазної реакції каталази Р. vitale методом «зупиненого струменя». Визначено передстаціонарні кінетичні константи швидкості утворення ферментно-субстратного комплексу, його спонтанної дисоціації та дисоціації з утворенням продукту, які укладають відповідно 0.614·106 M-1s-1, 1.78 s-1 and 1.85·106 M-1s-1 і 1,85 10 М с за температури 25 °С.
