Abstract

Перебіг рекомбінації у локусах імуноглобулінових генів чітко координується генною мережею диференціації лімфоцитів. Клітинні мікроРНК можуть, на наш погляд, забезпечувати при цьому алельне виключення за рахунок мікроРНК-опосередкованого метилювання ДНК та брати участь у перенацілюванні активності рекомбіназ з локусів генів важких імуноглобулінових ланцюгів на локуси генів легких ланцюгів.
