Міні-форми ниткоподібного векторного фага M13

Abstract
Виділено міні-форми ниткоподібного фага M13mp8 і mp9. Розміри проаналізованих фагів варіювали від 14 до 34 % повного фагового геному. Всі міні-фаги містили ділянку ДНК ~ 640 п. о., яка містить симетрично розташований сайт ori.
